Freedome shows black screen after installation

Hello,
I just downloaded the new latest version of Freedome and after installation when the program starts so it shows a big black screen in the software panel, so that i can not see any function, i tried to uninstall it and installed all windows 7 updates and started again, with no results, can anyone please help?

Do you able to re-check situation about drivers for graphic/videocard or NVIDIA drivers and try to install latest available drivers?
Also -> Freedome with requirements about support OpenGL 2.0 (but Freedome not possible to run at all... if system not able to support it);

Hello and thanks for your respons to help me
I check out my VGA grafic driver from Intel and i reinstall it, it is the latest versions (that worked before), not even F-secure company answered to my fsdiag7 error report. waiting to find the problem soulution.

Did you transfer fsdiag to them by some of channels?
You maybe (?! if you did not this) able to contact their Support (chat!?):

And re-ask about ability transfer fsdiag OR "status of your previous submission/report(?)";
If you already did this -> probably it possible to get "delay with answer" (I able to think that it should be about three/four workdays - if more -> good to re-ask);
