Freedome connected to US East Coast (Chantilly, Va) server.....but Speedtest only shows Holland serv

im confused. maybe someone should call from freedome to report to speedtest.net that: I AM NOT IN HOLLAND RN!!!!
it seems that wtfismyip.com says im in virginia (which I am, Langley, actually) but Speedtest THINKS IM IN HOLLAND!
either this is an anomaly, because speedtest staff is high af rn (amsterdam, amirite?)
....
or maybe you can just show me the NSL you recieved after i joined & this might explain everything
