Can't connect to internet when computer starts off !!!! Please Help me!!!
hey guys i saw that there was this thread that was closed because of inactivity i guess this one was the thread.. https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure/Occasionally-no-Internet/td-p/78546 i can't find the solution over there but i think that i am facing the same problem on my pc and smartphone (google pixel)...and some time i do get additional problem like "one or more network protocols are missing"...please guys if anybody know s the solution thenplease do share it.

Just to get more information about your issue, please check the following:
1. What is the exact error message seen? A screenshot will be helpful.
2. What is the OS version of your PC/mobile?
3. What is the version of Freedome installed on your devices?
4. Based on the old post, your Freedome works on certain time but does not turn on on certain time (shows connecting and the connection does not happen). Am I correct?If not exactly, then please brief us on your issue and we can assist further. Does the same issue happen on both the devices?
5. Have you tried to change locations and check?
