No Connection from the Kodi to the NAS. What can I do?

Hi all,
 
i have Freedome installed on my Orbsmart S81 with Android 4.4 everything runs super except the Freedome blocked my connection from the Kodi to the NAS. What can I do?

    Hi SiLentBoB,

     

    As per this article, you can connect to your local devices without any special action required from Freedome. Are you able to connect to the NAS when Freedome is off?

    Yes, if i stop Freedome i can connect

    Hi SiLentBoB,

     

    Are you accessing the NAS using its IP address or using the NAS name? The devices in the local network are accessible, but only with IP address as Freedome must take over the DNS service to avoid the DNS leaks.
