I'm not sure if this is the right place to provide this type of feedback, if it isn't please let me know where should I head.

I noticed that some legit sites are blocked as harmful being the last one I found Telegram's web client.

I'm surprised of seeing this of course, is it possible to learn how the decision to block content is taken?

I had to do some digging to find the section, it would be nice to have it more easily accessible.
