I have a new iPad and I have used Freedome on the old one. I don't use the old iPad any longer and I want to use Freedome on the new one. When I try to connect it says that I have used the maximum number of installations so now I can't use this for my new iPad. I have almost one year left on the subscription for three installations and I only use two. Is there a way for me to use Freedome on the new iPad without having to pay again?

On iOS-devices it is not possible to transfer the license from an old device to a new one, so you need to contact our chat- or phone-support.
