-secure is saying I only have a subscription until the end of January when I have paid for one year

I went to add my phone to devices and my account says I only have a trial subscription till January 26th 2017. A few days ago I paid for a year 49.99. How can I resolve this? Thank you.

A quick suggestion - right click your system tray icon (by your clock), and select Check for Updates. That will also sync with the license server, and with any luck should update your subscription correctly.

If that fails, then I'm afraid a Support Ticket is your next option, as we can't deal with licensing issues on the forum.
