Cannot access fsecure on windows 10

Hi

Can anyone help with regards to Fsecure on Windows 10, has just disappeared but I am still subscribed and saying Im protected!!!!!!

    We may need some more information before anyone can try to help, but as a first response, have you tried rebooting the machine?
