Need to transfer 2 license of Freedom to new phones

I bought Freedom with 3 license, for 12 months now I need to move 2 of them, as my windows lap top has died and my Nexus 6 phone has also broken, is there somehow it can maybe re-set the license? Then I can add them to my new phones myself.

    We have the license transfer functionality with Freedome and this article explains more about this. Please have a look.

    Thank you, sadly it doesn't help as my lap top where I installed it first has burn down and my android phone also is not working, so can't get into it and change it. I need someone to reset it. Only got it on my Ipad in the moment.

    Hi Winna,

     

    Do you have any other device apart from the iOS device? If yes, you can try to install Freedome and initiate the license transfer.

     

    If not, please get in touch with our support via chat or phone to troubleshoot this further.
