What do you mean by "It has not appeared on my PC?"  If you were just renewing, and F-Secure SAFE was already installed, then it shouldn't have gone anywhere.  If you are saying the subscription hasn't been updated in your SAFE Portal, and you have followed the Renewal Instructions correctly, then you will have to raise a Support Ticket, as we cannot help with account queries on the forum, for privacy and security reasons.
