Hello,
I am regularly facing an issue with internet connection, which is not available.
Only solution I found is to uninstall the network card and restart. Very annoying and time consuming.
Windows 7 premium family SP1
TAP driver version 9.0.0.21

Does this issue happen irrespective of any location connected or only when connected to a certain location? What is the version of Freedome installed on your device - is it the recent version?
Is there any message seen when you try to connect?
