Freedome turns on and off several times during session

Recently it seems that Freedome is all the time dropping out, and then reestablishes the connection. This is very annoying, especially when trying to watch a movie. I use a Microsoft Surface with Windows 10, all updates made. But my wife also has the same problem on her HP laptop, also with W10. The issue occurs both in Finland and abroad, but seems to be related to the use of WLAN.

    Since you mentioned it happens both in Finland and abroad, does it refer to the locations in Freedome? Does it occur with different locations and all have the same issue?

     

    Is the issue happening when connected to a different network than WLAN? Also, are you seeing the connection drop when Freedome is turned off?
