Network connection issue with Android 6.0.1 when Freedome is turned on

in F-Secure VPN

I do not have Internet connection when f-secure protection is On on my Samsung Galaxy  tab S2 (SM-T815), Android 6.0.1. F-secure ver. 2.2.1.4087.

On the same network: I'm connecting successfully, f-secure protection on, on my Samsung phone (SM-N9005/Galaxy Note 3), Android 5.0. F-secure ver. 2.2.1.4087.

    Hi Rbj,

     

    Does this network connection issue happen with all the locations or only with a particular location? Do you see any error message when you connect to the internet?

    I have the same problem It started when the Samsung tab A updated to 6.0.1. There is no error message and  the key icon appears. Changing location does not help. I have reinstalled Freedome but no change

    Since you have already tried to reinstall Freedome and the issue persists; I would advise you to open a support ticket with our team to investigate it better.
