DHCP NACK

Hey.

Quite often when I start my Pc, I can't connect to the Freedome server in Norway. When I try I receive a DHCP NACK. How am I supposed to get connected when the VPN services own DHCP service denies my an IP address?

 

Here's the latest example form today

The IP address lease 198.18.12.34 for the Network Card with network address 0x00FF8XXXX has been denied by the DHCP server 198.18.14.129 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

 

I'm using  Windows 8.1 from a desktop PC.

    Hi and welcome to our Community, laba1068!

     

    Freedome does not have a DHCP server. Based on your post, the NACK you are receiving is from your local server, and not from Freedome.
