Home Banking Protection
Within the past couple of weeks, whenever I log into my home banking site, the F-Secure dropdown notice does not appear anymore even though "Banking Security" is on in F-Secure and Firefox 48.0.1 F-Secure Banking add on is also active.
Does this mean that I'm not protected when using these sites?
What can be done to resolve the problem?

Have you tried re-installing the browser extension? Open the main UI, then go to Browsing Protection > Settings > Browsing Protection, and you should find a button there.
If that fails, I would consider re-installing the whole product, and if that still fails, then you may need to submit a support ticket, so they can have a closer look.

I think that Banking Protection should not be related with browser extension.
And much related there... just supported status for browser.
And Banking Protection flyer can to not work.. if there something as "trouble" (which should be fixed - if start be known).
So... sorry for my ask, but maybe you able to re-check some things:
