Mainland China and Freedom not working at all

Hello,

 

I just got back from Finland with my brand new Mac and PC (Windows) and my brand new license for Freedome. I've had PandaPow and Express VPN earlier but I changed them as the latter had problems working with the other F-Secure products. However, last two days I have not been able to connect VPN at all. It takes for ages to make a connection no matter of the location, if I get connected the connection fails right away when I hit the forbidden pages. Then the whole internet is down for a while. I can't even access this forum properly. Is there anything I could try to make this better?

    Hi Raisa,

     

    Does it happen with all your devices in China? Is there any error message seen when the connection does not happen?

    Hi Raisa,

     

    We have received some feedback that China is blocking the VPN connections. Unfortunately our possibilities to prevent this are limited in these cases.
