Resetting Subscription Devices

Having had to upgrade my iPhone I now find my 3 licence multi subscription will not work in my new device.

 

There doesn't seem to be any advice on here as to how this can be reset, despite the support article suggesting otherwise.

 

Can someone please DM me? My chat after 20m "on hold" was cut.
