How to reclaim my paid license

Hi,

 

My windows 10 crashed a few days ago and was not able to fix itself with any recovery procedures. I had to reinstall windows 10 again. I have a 5 licenses freedome subscription and would like to reclaim the license I lost with my windows 10 crash. Have you been able to implement the reclaim license feature to your systems or 1 of my licenses is now gone forever. If that is the case, then I will have to think hard if I want to renew my subscription once it ends. Don't like to pay for licenses and then not have possibility to reclaim licenses if a pc breaks (for example).

 

How do I check the number of licenses I have used from the freedome windows application?

    Hi,

    Freedome will change your license to new machine if you subscription already full.

     So you need not cancel your occupied license.
