Installer gives an error that it was not able to install Antivirus and Browsing Protection

My license was accidentally withdrawn and would not refresh automatically or when clicking renew in the license .

So I deleted and tried to reinstall F-Secure Safe, however, it stops for a long time on 25% (checking compatability of the software) and then finishes fast and indicates that it was not able to install Antivirus and Browsing Protection

- I have fully removed F-Secure Safe and powercycled multiple times
- I have tried installing it several times with several new, valid installers
- The other persons in the F-Secure Safe group can still use their versions
- I am using windows 7

Can anyone help me?
