Can't get into the XboxLive

Hello,
I have this this problem if Freedom is ON (disabled: Browsing and Tracking protections).
Connection fails already in a testing phase.

If I'm using other similar products e.g. Kepard there are no problems.

What VPN protocols Freedom supports and how to activate one (OpenVPN)?
Or what could be wrong?

    Can I know what is your setup like? Are both the devices on the same network? Is there any error message seen upon connection failure?
