Cannot turn Freedome on on Windows 10 pc or Android mobile following update

Freedome will not turn on Windows 10 PC or Android Mobile.  Installed the update today on the PC. Could you please help?

    Update: I have now been able to turn on Freedome using Brussels or Dublin, but it still doesn't work using London.

    Hi Karyatid,

     

    May I know which version of Freedome are you using on your Win 10 and Android device? Is there any error message which occurs when you connect to the London server?

     

    Does it occur in both WiFi and data connections?
