    May I know if this error happens with all the locations or with only one location? Is there any other message seen in Freedome?

    Based on your error message posted, does it translate to 'something went wrong'? There is an article which lists the same error message 'sorry, something went wrong' in Freedome. Please have a look here.

     

    If the issue persists, please open a support ticket with our team for further analysis.
