Freedome won't turn on

in F-Secure VPN

Hi,  I  have freedome f-secure on my Galaxy Tab A 9.7.  It worked fine at the beginning but now I can't turn it on  (the center button).  I turned off app optimization in smart manager back when I first installed freedome.  I don't know what has changed since but it hasn't been working for at least the past month.  

 

Any suggestions welcome.

    I was thinking of purchasing Freedome as I'm currently in the 14 day trial and it works fine on my android devices.... however their customer support appears to be appalling.....

    I'm having the same issue on my PC, and a number of other people also raised the same issue many months ago.......

    Shocking they don't even bother to respond.

    As this type of problem might have multiple origins, you could contact our support in order to investigate better what could be the problem.
