I can not activate additional "Browsing Protection by F-Secure" on my Chrome browser.

Hey, I can not activate additional "Browsing Protection by F-Secure" is grayed out in instalationen on my Chrome browser. The instruction is to "about users of F-Secure need to use a disabled add contacts to those who have developed the supplement and ask if the supplement is uploaded to the Chrome Web Store. Then I and other Chrome users install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.". I contacted F-secure by chat Support and no answer at all, after 20 min waiting thay sad the season is finished without any help. I have no comment about that! And I am of course disappointed.

OS X ElCaptin, I have fixed it throught (somehow/somebody-F-safe support?) adding "Browsing Protection by F-Secure" to webstore Chrome and then from webstoere I could installe that on my chrome web browser. I dont know how to take screenshot on imac.
