Just bought subscription but Freedoms won't turn on

Why not? What can I do. It says its connecting but then the button reverts to off. I'm using it on a new Kindle Fire.

    Please open a support ticket so that our support team can look at your issue. Kindly do attach the screenshot of any error message you happen to see when you turn on Freedome.
