Freedome code doesn't work

Hello!

 

I got free voucher for Freedome from F-Secure because SENSE's shipping was delayed.

I tried to put it on the Freedome app in my iPhone. Then it says "Could not verify your account. Please try again later".

It says something about verifying my (Freedome) account but I don't have one.

How could I get the code work?

    Or can I even add more time to the Freedome app in iPhone? My current subscription ends July 22nd.

    CODE PROVIDED BY COMCAST XFINITY STATES THAT IT DOES NOT WORK. (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

    HOW DO I RECEIVE A NEW CODE. THIS PROGRAM IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE TO XFINITY SUBSCRIBERS.
