F-Secure SAFE virus scan not working with my android phone

I have a problem with the F-Secure virus scan with my Samsung xcover 2.

 

Top bar says the scan is always going on. App says last scan has been done a month ago although I have had weekly scans turned on. When I press ''scan now'' it gets stuck on formating. Pressing ''stop scan'' doesn't do anything. After going back by pressing return key and check for virus scan again it says the scan has been stopped and crashes. After that everything starts from the beginning

 

I have tried reboot and reinstall but nothing works. Can anybody help me? I have no ideas left.

    Sorry to hear about your trouble.

     

    Please ensure there is no other security program running on your Android device, and if the issue persist even after reinstalling the program it is recommended to open a support ticket in order for us to check further on this issue.
