help. reinstall and licence number

i have had to get a new hard drive and reinstall everything back on to my computer. i purchased fsecure last sept but dont know how to reinstall it, and i no lomnger have my licence number

You will need to raise a Support Ticket giving as much detail as you can about your purchase and the email address that which it is registered. Hopefully they will then be able to help you. We cannot help with licensing issues on the forum, for privacy and security reasons.

Is this F-Secure SAFE? If so, log in to your SAFE Portal and you can reinstall from there.

I dont know what it is im afraid, this is why I need dialogue with Fsecure. I dont have the licence number so i need to speak to somone to get those details. I have a transaction email from september when i purchased. Please can someone get in touch
