TrojanJS.ProxyChanger.C

Hi,

I'm constantly getting the "Harmful file was not downloaded popup" stating:

Antivirus removed a harmful file that it found in your network traffic. You can continue to use your comouter normally. Infection name:TrojanJS.ProxyChanger.C.

I've run full scans which hasn't picked anything up.

Is this a false positive?

I use Chrome mostly as my browser, although I get this with every browser I've used (firefox and opera).

Is my computer at risk?

Currently using F Secure Safe which is fully updated on a Surface Pro 4 running windows 10 Pro:
