License purchased through mobile for multi devices!!! doesn't work with windows

any one can help me with that!! as I have purchased through mobile payment for 3 devices but the license won't work on windows 10, freedome said "this code is not valid for this device. 

 

help much appriciated!

    Hello GMC,

     

    Our latest version of Freedome for PC allows you to transfer your licence(this should also work in case of a clean reinstallation). 

    Please check this article for more information on how to do that.

     

    Make sure that you have the latest version installed(v1.1.2531.0 ) in use.

    If not uninstall and reinstall the latest version on your PCs.

     

    Let us know should you have any trouble.
