Use an iOS subscription on windows

Hi,

I just purchased a 3 user 12 month subscription  for freedoms on my iPad. I have It working on both my iPad and iPhone by using applying purchases , but I can not find a code/licence to use as the third user on my Windows  10 laptop.

Where do I look?

the subscription I bought was an upgrade to the free version trial.
