Freedom license not working.

in F-Secure VPN

Bought subscription for 3 computers. Installed on one, worked fine. Second it says no valid license. I have send an email to you about this problem but after 10 days no more then an automatic answer. 

I want this problem fixed so I can install this on my 2 other computers or I want my money back.

    Can I know how many devices are currently having Freedome installed with this code? Could you please send me a private message of your code/license purchase information/date so that I can assist further on this issue?

     

    What is the error essage you get when you try to validate your license in the second machine?
