Reached max number of installations, mailed proactively Laksh on wednesday. No cake.
I went through all the loops and sent a private message with required (everything) information to Laksh this wednesday to no avail. I'm willing to forward that message to anyone available in order to get this thing fixed before weekend lands.
Currently using Freedome only on my tablet, while having a license to three devices. I'd love to include my phone and pc on the list.
Although I didn't make a post on the board first, just skipped that and messaged Laksh direct.
