YES, it is a multi device subscription, I have installed it on 1 iOS device, 1 WIndows 10 computer and trying to reinstall on an OSX computer

I have the same problem, i try to reinstall the Freedome to the one i have had it allready on, after update to Win10 i needed to reinstall this and i could not.

How can i solve this?

1. Screenshot of the exact error message seen during the validation

2. Is it a single or a multi device code?

3. How was the Freedome code purchased?

i could not attach screen short cut of error message but the error message is "code was correct try again"

It wasn't purchased, it was a promo campaign code 1 year free subscription only for Freedome F-Secure

Make a free account at f-secure safe (https://mysafe.f-secure.com/register).
On the My Safe page click f-secure freedome
Click Generate a voucher and copy the code generated.
Use code on Freedome software once you install it. Click here to download the software(f-secure.com)

Consumers who do not pay for SAFE after the trial period, will be prompted to pay to continue using Freedome for free.
