can't reinstall Freedom VPN, have 1 year subscription.
YES, it is a multi device subscription, I have installed it on 1 iOS device, 1 WIndows 10 computer and trying to reinstall on an OSX computer
It would be much easier for us customers if we can manage our own subscriptions.
Can somebody help?

I have the same problem, i try to reinstall the Freedome to the one i have had it allready on, after update to Win10 i needed to reinstall this and i could not.
How can i solve this?

2. Is it a single or a multi device code?
3. How was the Freedome code purchased?

i could not attach screen short cut of error message but the error message is "code was correct try again"
It wasn't purchased, it was a promo campaign code 1 year free subscription only for Freedome F-Secure
it is a multy device code
