I lost a lisence because I had to reinstall the windows

in F-Secure VPN

Hi,

I had a freedome license for my computer ( 5 licencse for 1 year), which I got because I had bought f-secure SAFE for 5 devices. 

My freedome worked, but after reinstalling the windows, I cannot use that code which came to my e-mail on august.

What should I do?

    Hello, I have exactly the same problem, after I reinstalled my windows 8,refresh, so no programs were lost except for my security, tracker, safe, key, I can't reinstall what I have because it wont let me. To much $ to give up, so I don't know???? Not the first time so this is getting old.

    Hi Pecu,

     

    The code for the Freedome campaign cannot be re-used anymore as the campaign has ended. The Freedome campaign (via Safe) was a limited offer which ended by September 30th, 2015. The codes will continue to be valid for a year on the already installed device with Freedome.

    Hi @Alan66,

     

    May I know what is the error message you see when you try to install Freedome? And have you tried to reinstall the other products mentioned in to your Windows 8 again?
