Activation code

I purchased a subscription for three devices and you have Guys never sent me an activation code therefore the trial version will expire in a few days also you asked in a response email to check my junk folder and that's something that I did on day one after I ordered and paid for the subscription so could please send me a activation code so I can solve this Problem
