cant connet

in F-Secure VPN

with all due respect, i am just downloaded this apps,, however after install the apps, it stated there,, it cannot connect to server

    Hello Slayer95,

     

    Could you tell us which F-Secure product and which version you are using?

     

    Also what is the platform on which our product is installed?

    Do you get any error?

    i used the F-secure Freedom UI version 1.0.1958.0 . I used in on my Laptop..it says here that it cant connet to server
