Hello there,

 

I'm also having an issue with the code for F-secure Freedome.

Namely my code has expired when I used the trail for F-secure SAFE. I wasn't aware I had to use the code before 30th of September. (I was on holidays that period). Which is a shame as I really wanted to test it out.

 

Is there a way for me to re-generate a voucher? As it's in the SAFE package it seems.

    Hi @Christoph1,

     

    I have moved your reply to the Freedome board as the issue was pertaining to the Freedome product and not the beta version.

     

    Our limited offer was “Buy SAFE, Get 1year of Freedome for free” offer. Consumers who do not pay for SAFE after the trial period, will be prompted to pay to continue using Freedome for free. Even if some may have abused our offer, Free Freedome Premium with SAFE trial was not offered by us, and it won’t be supported by F-Secure.

    Thank you for responding, apologies for posting in the wrong thread.

    Fair enough, but now that I have bought the full version of SAFE the offer isn't viable anymore for me?

    If so, that's too bad.

    Hi Christoph1,

     

    The Freedome campaign (via Safe) was a limited offer which ended by Sept 30, 2015.
