Freedome will not turn on Android 5.0 Lenovo K3 note

Hi First post so here goes:- Have downloaded Freedome on to my lenovo K3 Note phone without problem, All works except VPN which stays off and will not turn on, any ideas very welcome and thanks in advance.

    Is there any error message when you try to turn on your Freedome? Does it show that it is connecting on the main page? Is it happening with one particular location or with all the locations?

    Hi and thankyou for reply. There are no error messages, it has downloaded ok  and when ON is tapped it spins for a second and then reads  PROTECTION OFF, It works  fine on my other android phones so I expect it is just an issue with lollipop on a k3 note. Thank you again for your reply  Paul
