After Freedome crash I had to reinstall but subscription is not working anymore

I had to reinstall Freedome due to Freedome crash but now I can not activate my subscription anymore. I am using IOS and OSX. What do I do? 

I have a multi-device subscription.

    Hi Charter,

     

    May I know what is the error message you see when you try to use your license? How many devices are currently using the Freedome multi license?
