Freedome error after version upgrade

 Freedome requested to upgrade to an new version 20150908.. version 1.0.1842.0

After upgrade completed, get an error message saying that something went wrong. I am disconnected and I can't connect to Freedome.  If I restart my PC get the same error message and problem

 

i have uninstall and reinstall 

I waiting for respons or suport

Using on Windows 10 / 64 bit

I have reinstall 7 times

    According to the logs received , it seems that your Windows installation is severely corrupted. 

    Review the event logs on your machine to investigate.

    I have exactly the same problem on windows 10. freedome requested me to install an upgrade and after doing so, I could not activate protection. all other fuctions work. I have it on an android phone and works flawlessly. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no affect.

    well great, thanks a lot. that is not what I expect. with windows 10 I have no problems. I sent the generated report and at least you could tell me why I have to reinstall windows 10.

    ok, i reinstalled windows 10 and now freedom works. somewhat drastic if you ask me.
