Problem with Netflix & Google Play TV3PLAY

Hi,

 

I have problems with getting access to Netflix US or for example download TV3 PLAY SVERIGE app while connected to Sweden-IP-address. Can you help me solve this problem?

 

I have a Nexus 7 Android 5.1.1.

    Does this happen only when connecting to the Sweden location? Have you tried to connect to one of the US IP address and are you able to access the Netflix US?

    It happens also when I try to connect to the US IP address. And how about the thing with Google Play and application access?

    Hi lsl,

     

    Can you try to turn off the location service in your Android mobile and retry the connection?
