Reached maximum number of installations with the code

Hi,

I am using Fredome VPN on my mac which I have reinstalled several times. Each time I install Freedome VPN I use my subscription code. This time i got the message "Reached maximum number of installations with the code". I have never used this VPN on any other device. Could you please look into it.

Hi ksharad,

May I know if this is a single license or a multi license code for Freedome? Freedome code is valid per installation on the device. In this, can you please provide us a screenshot of the error message seen?
