freedome activation code 3 devices,cant find activation code for 3rd device,freedome is not visible

i bought freedome 3 devices at £39.99 & used 2 of them but want to use 3rd on my partners laptop but cant get hold of the activation code because the freedome i purchased is not visible anywhere in mysafe main page, is there actually anybody that can help me find the code for the 3rd device or have i actually paid £39.99 for 2 devices instead of getting 3 & will i be left in limbo on this problem,thanks for taking the time to read this.
