code doesn't work after reinstallation

in F-Secure Freedome VPN

Every time I use your update, Freedome doesn't work anymore. So I have to re-install it, but now, I cannot use my code anymore ("Dein Code konnte nicht verifiziert werden. Bitte versuchen es später erneut."). Could you fix this, please?

    Could you provide more information on the problem you are facing when you do an upgrade?

    What kind of error appear? Which Operating System are you using?

     

    You should not need to re-install every time.

    Here are more information: I use Windows 8.1.

    When Freedome is updated, I cannot turn on the protection. The programme tries to connect, but it just doesn't work. There is no error message as far a I remember.

    Did you try to connect to different virtual locations?

    What kind of network are you on?
