Need to Reinstall my OS, How Can I Deactivate Freedome?

I purchased a 5 device licence of Freedome...and I have used 2 on 2 iPhone's, 1 on my iPad and 1 on my Mac. However I recently re-installed Freedome on my Mac and it used the 5th licence??

 

I'm not too fussed about that ....since I only have 4 devices. But I need to re-reinstall the OS on my Mac ...but before I do, is there a way to deactivate the software to free up the licence so I can re-use it after I have reinstalled the OS??  

 

...or is this a case of use once ...format the device and it's gone??

    I'll contact you by private message on that problem, as it is not currently possible to reset the subscription or free-up a license.
