SAFE subscription extension process



 We are currently selling so called "BOX" products of F-Secure Safe to our customers and the question is what is the correct SAFE extension process?


 Currently we have recieved problems that after entering the new KEY to SAFE portal nothing changes on the computer side. Does the customer need to re-install the product after it has been extended in portal? What are the correct steps to take?
