How to remove "SUSPICIOUS:W32/MALWARE!GEMINI" ?

So ive had this virus for quite some time, the F-Secure cant get rid of it and how do i get rid of it if my Security AV cant even get rid of it?

I couldnt find a subcategory for F-Secure troubleshooting so im posting it here for a last hope, as most communities just didnt want to help and ignored the posts, even half of some communities is experts.
