VM customer, not getting a year

Hi,

I installed F-Secure yesterday as a Virgin Media customer, I went through the correct steps, but I'm being told I have 29 days left to renew. It should be a year. How do I correct this?

 

The download install file has what looks like a serial key in the name, is that a clue?

    Hi,

     

    My initial thoughts are that the 30 day trial version has been installed, so my suggestion would be to double check that you've followed the steps in this Sticky Topic, and if you've definitely done everything correctly, then it will be a case of contacting support via a Support Ticket, as we can't really help on here with licensing issues, for security reasons.
